The personal manager: what is promised against what we timed

2026-07-29

Every casino in our catalog lists a personal VIP manager among the privileges, and fourteen of the eighteen attach a response time to it. Until somebody submits applications and holds a stopwatch, that figure is a claim about the future.

We have held the stopwatch twice.

Reels: four minutes against an hour

Reels promises a manager within the hour. Across twenty-one of our own applications the median first response is four minutes.

A factor of fifteen in your favour, from the looser promise of the two.

A median describes the middle of the distribution and says nothing about the tail. The slowest replies in that batch ran much longer, and on some of them we raised the application ourselves through our chat with their team. A fast median means fast is normal here, not that fast is guaranteed to you.

Parimatch: forty-five against thirty

Parimatch promises thirty minutes. On seventeen applications the median is forty-five.

Nothing is broken here. Forty-five minutes is a workable time to open a VIP status. It simply is not thirty, and that gap is invisible from the outside until someone counts. Plan for an hour and the wait will not bother you.

What the figure is counted from

We start the clock when your form is submitted and stop it when a manager marks the application handled in their own chat. That mark is a button a person presses, so it can lag behind the real first message to you. Our number sits at the pessimistic end.

We publish the median rather than the average, since a single application picked up late drags an average somewhere useless.

Why there is no figure for the other sixteen

The sample is three applications or fewer. A median from three points is arithmetic without meaning, so we do not print it.

What remains for those sixteen is what each casino says about itself, labelled as such. Duel states two minutes. Mostbet five. LuckyBear and RakeBit ten. 1xBet and Dragon Money fifteen. BC.Game and Qzino half an hour. Jetton an hour. LEV, MELLSTROY and JoyCasino a full day.

Acebet, Bitzplay, FastPari and MelBet state no response time at all. Not disclosed, which is what their pages say instead of a phrase about responsive support.

Two of those promises describe something other than a VIP manager. JoyCasino's twenty-four hours belongs to general support, because the partner has no VIP chat for us to hand you into. Duel's two minutes covers their support too: our arrangement there is a sign-up link with no handoff. At the other sixteen the form lands in the casino's own VIP team chat.

Before the deposit or after it

Speed is the second question. The first is whether there is anyone to talk to before your money is inside.

Twelve of the eighteen put the manager in front of the deposit. Six do not: 1xBet, BC.Game, Jetton, LEV, LuckyBear and Mostbet. There you fund the account first, and the conversation about your cashback rate, your daily cap, your verification path and what can be negotiated happens afterwards.

Now look at what the quickest of those six promise. Mostbet's five minutes starts counting after a $6,000 deposit. LuckyBear's ten minutes after ten thousand. The fifteen minutes at 1xBet starts after a million dollars of betting turnover. A quick reply inside a conversation you can only open by paying first is worth less than a quick reply to a stranger.

What we have not measured

Everything else.

We hold no figures on how long verification takes, how fast a withdrawal genuinely clears, how a complaint gets handled or how often one is refused. The payout speeds on our cards are the partner's own statement, labelled that way. A table of tested withdrawal speeds across eighteen casinos would be an invention, whoever publishes it.

Four questions for your first message

  • Does the promised response time hold at night and at weekends
  • Am I dealing with one named manager or with a shift
  • What can you decide yourself, and what goes to the security team
  • Which account will you write from, so I can spot an impersonator

The last one is not paranoia. People write under the name of VIP managers constantly, and the real one arrives in the messenger you named on the form.

If the manager stays quiet

From sixteen of our cards the application lands in the casino's VIP team chat, and we hold a chat with that same team. Promised time gone and nobody has written? Tell us and we will raise it, which you cannot do from outside.

Duel and JoyCasino sit outside that route, since both run through their own support.
