Individual withdrawal limits: the number nobody writes down

2026-07-29

You ask what you can take out in a day and the answer comes back as one word: individual.

It reads like a privilege. There is no number in it. Someone decides your limit later, and that someone has your deposit history in front of them while you have nothing.

A floor dressed as a ceiling

RakeBit states its cap as "from $50,000, then individual". That is the most honest version of the word in our catalog, because it shows which end of the range you start at.

Fifty thousand a day is not the most they will pay. It applies while nobody has negotiated anything. A half million dollar win leaves at that rate across ten days.

The same casino uses the word a second time. Cashback payout is capped at $1,000 a day and lifted only on individual terms. Once under a floor, once under a ceiling, and both times it names what you get if you never ask.

The rule is dull and useful. The printed figure is the default. "Individual" says a conversation is possible, not that one has happened.

A number with a route up

MelBet publishes $600,000 a day, the lowest ceiling any of our eighteen partners names, and writes into its own terms that it is raised individually. Reels does the same at 5,000,000, Qzino at 2,000,000.

That pairing beats an open promise. You know what happens if the conversation goes nowhere, and you know a raise is routine rather than a favour.

Jetton and JoyCasino state the way up without stating the floor underneath it.

Who the word suits

Someone whose withdrawals run past every published ceiling. At that level a named 2,000,000 is a wall and individual terms are the only door out.

Also anyone arriving with a status transfer. Four of our eighteen accept one: RakeBit, Qzino, Parimatch and JoyCasino. You come with a screenshot of your account area and chat history with your previous manager, and that evidence is the whole basis for a figure above the default.

If this is your first deposit and you hold no level anywhere, the word gives you nothing. There is no history to price you on, so the default applies, and you learn it with a win already on your balance.

The question has opening hours

Whether individual is answerable depends on when you can ask.

Ten partners take the question before any deposit and drop it straight into their VIP chat: RakeBit, Qzino, MelBet, Reels, Parimatch, Dragon Money, MELLSTROY, Acebet, Bitzplay and FastPari. Asking costs nothing.

Jetton is the awkward one. The cap is individual, the bonus programme beyond its flat 10% cashback is individual too, and the manager arrives only once $2,500 is deposited. Every open question stays open until your money is inside.

JoyCasino and Duel also take the question before a deposit, but we cannot pass an application into a VIP chat there, so it goes to their general support. JoyCasino promises a reply within twenty-four hours and states payouts at roughly the same, the slowest figure we list.

What we can time and what we cannot

If individual resolves in a conversation, the honest thing to measure is how fast the conversation starts.

We have that for two partners. At Reels the median first reply is four minutes against an hour promised, across twenty-one applications. At Parimatch it is forty-five minutes against thirty promised, across seventeen. For the other sixteen we hold three applications or fewer, so a median there would be noise and we publish nothing.

Everything else here comes from the partners. Payout speeds, caps, entry thresholds and response promises are their claims, not our measurements.

Turning the word into a figure

Five things to settle in the first conversation:

  • the figure that applies to me today, and which currency it counts in, since most published caps are bare numbers
  • whether it runs per day or per withdrawal request
  • what raises it, and when a raise takes effect
  • whether crypto and fiat share one limit
  • whether one large win is handled like a routine withdrawal

Ask while the answer is cheap. A limit agreed during onboarding is an account setting. The identical request with a withdrawal already pending is a case somebody has to decide while your money waits.

Keep the answer in the chat where it was given. It binds nobody, and a figure a manager typed out is a reference point we can put back in front of them.

Until you are a VIP with volume behind you, a named number beats an individual one. Where two offers look identical and only one counts in figures, take the figures.
